I was curious about the Marketplace on Morrissey, whether they've signed up any tenants and such. They're apparently still negotiating some tenants, including a coffee shop and a restaurant, but there's not much in the way of specifics.  I"ve heard Starbucks mentioned here and there, but nothing confirming it.
